AM/NS India recognized for its vast capacity for steel production, has shifted to SYMBIOSIS Blowerfab to increase the reliability and efficiency of its crucial operations. The recently installed RC fans are engineered to provide outstanding performance while ensuring maximum energy efficiency and airflow, essential to ensuring the highest quality standards in steel production.

The fans were located within the Galvanizing Line (GAL LINE) of AM/NS India’s Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) Unit and were responsible for keeping the furnace at a constant temperature throughout galvanizing sheets. The most important requirements were zero leakage, increased efficiency, and an incredibly increased flow rate all in the same area and location of mounting as the existing fans.

SYMBIOSIS Blowerfab has successfully delivered and installed seven innovative RC fans, significantly improving fan efficiency while doubling the flow speed. Innovative modifications to the impeller’s design and speed optimization, cutting-edge cooling methods, and an exceptionally robust construction design allowed for this. The fans have been running continuously for 24 months, operating continuously to the delight of AM/NS India.
